Our spacious luxury 3 bedroom penthouse is set out over 2 floors, with an open plan living space on the top floor. Click here for photos The spacious apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people in one master en-suite and two twin bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with adult bunk beds). The upper floor contains a 26ft open plan living space accommodating a lounge, dining area and fully integrated kitchen. Three large top hung velux windows capture the views and maximise the light. The kitchen overlooks the first floor terrace and garden. Away from the lounge area is a utility room with a washing maching, dryer and another WC. The Lounge boasts real oak floors, a contemporary corner sofa with chaise end, Widescreen freeview TV and Radio and a DVD/CD player with emulated Surround Sound. There is also a dining area with space for 6 people and dimmable lighting to create that mood. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equiped with what you would expect from your kitchen at home, so whether you eat out every night or stay in and play Gordon Ramsay, we are sure you will find everything you need. There is a touch button halogen hob and oven, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and coffee maker. Tea towels, place mats and napkins are also provided. The apartment has a fully fitted luxury bathroom with a bath and power shower with instant hot water. The master bedroom has a king size bed, juliet balcony with sea views and a fantastic en-suite shower room with WC. The two twin bedrooms also have comfortable matresses, luxury bed linen, plently of storage space and both look onto a south-facing first floor terrace. This is a great space for having your breakfast or alfresco dining in the evening. Wooden patio furntiture with four comfortable chairs are provided. Guests also have the use of a communal decked area and of course the superb cliff-top hotel grounds. All towels and bedlinen are included, however, you should bring your own beach towels. Private parking for one car is provided (more parking possible, please call) Additional on street parking can be found to the front. We can also provide a cot, high-chair and safety gate at no extra cost. The apartment is booked from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Sorry no Stag/Hen groups or all night revellers.
